Dave - Thanks for stopping by. Head on over to Andy's blog. He is very knowledgeable about mold, particularly on the inspectional side of things(his company does not do remediation).

His series for me was full of great information for consumers; he also conducted a very helpful discussion on the topic for a REALTOR group I organized in the San Diego area. I, too, am looking forward to having this resource for my clients.
