Speaking of marketing, I saw a new twist on the For Sale By Owner sign on my way home last night.

One intrepid unrepresented seller used Christmas lights and a garden lattice to create a sign that reads "For Sale, $295K." The sign is above the owners' back fence and facing Deer Valley Road, so if nothing else it's being seen by passing motorists. No other details were available - I'm assuming they either ran our of lights, lattice or back yard space.

Not quite as sophisticated as the marketing plan I offer, but I definitely give points for creativity. I'll add a photo of the sign later today if I'm able to take one tonight.
