Here are the latest numbers, as of this morning. As always, all data provided by ARMLS and only single-family homes are taken into account. A couple of quick notes:
- I've started tracking Waddell, Litchfield Park, Laveen, Fountain Hills, the Sun Cities and Ahwatukee, and hope to backfill some data soon.
- Anthem's absorption rate fell once again, this time to 14.6.
- Waddell has the highest absorption rate in the Valley, with nearly a two-year available supply
- Active listings declined in Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Anthem, Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek
