I am interested in feedback from new and seasoned Investors - Currently we all know this is a Buyers market in CALIFORNIA - My feeling as an Investor is that the market will continue to drop even further to bottoming out in 2014. At that point properties will then begin to appreciate at 3-8.75% per year depending on area - the days of seeing a $300,000 property jump to 799,000 in 8 years may be gone forever. -
