A Buyer's Agent

Exclusive Buyer Agents are a good choice for Home Buyers, however IMHO as a former EBA, they are not the best choice if your plan to sell first or sometime in the future after purchasing this time around. My reasoning is that EBAs cannot assist you personally as a Seller when it is time for you to move up, to downsize and/or to relocate elsewhere. As the real estate industry continues to be more competitive, it can make more sense for buyers to select Accredited and/or Certified Buyer Representatives that can also assist you with the sale of your home or other real estate. Many Real Estate Brokers like myself are willing to lower their listing and marketing fees to sellers that also use their Buyer Agency Services and/or their Relocation services. Often the combined savings when using the same Real Estate Agent or Broker when selling and then buying or vice versa can be significantly more Time & Money Savings than when using a different agent for each transaction.
