The real estate business may be facing a softening in sales,but according to Forbes magazine which examed current home sales pattern and sales project in the country's 40 largest real estae markets to identify these attractive markets.
Here are Forbes' and Moody's 10 most attractive markets, along with the median homes sales price changes from 2006.
