Atlantic Times Square The Atlantic Times Square project is located along Atlantic Boulevard at the northeast corner of Atlantic and Hellman.
		Garvey Villas The Garvey Villas are a mixed use project at the southwest corner of Atlantic Boulevrd and Garvey Avenue.
		Towne Centre The Towne Centre is to be located at the southeast corner of Garfield and Garvey Avenues.  The Towne Centre development will be built on a 94,000 square foot site.  The development consists of 109 condominiums and approximately 71,366 square feet of commercial space.
		Cascades Market Place The 507,000 square foot Center will be the largest shopping center in the city.  Located north of the Pomona Freeway and west of Paramount Boulevard.

Northeast Corner of Garvey and Garfield Avenues		Corporate Center Hotel The City is looking for a first-class hotel that fits the Corporate Center and the business and tourist clientele that may generate a significant number of room nights.  Several proposals were received in response to and RFP.  Those proposals are currently under review.
