How come many posts, show RealTalk and not the name of the author in the 'From' field?

If the RealTalk member has not logged into RealTown and set their display name, their name will appear as 'RealTalk', or their username in the header. The other reason could be that they sent an e-mail to the community from an e-mail address that we don't have on file.
