Managing Posts ... some suggestions

First, I must say that most things work very well and are fairly easy to use and understand... Kudos!!!

I do have 3 things I'd like to see.
(1) I'd like to be able to split a thread in my group. This allows the creation of a new thread without deleting things that don't belong in the thread they were posted in. Most BBS's have this ability, and this is very much like a giant BBS.
(2) There appears to be no alert to let me know that someone who isn't part of the group posted a message that requires my approval. It would be nice to be alerted to this fact.
(3) I would like to completely turn off the pop-up when I mouse over a thread as that features is more than irritating, it's making me crazy... LOL
