For SEO reasons this should happen gradually, as qualified (for quality control) screened moderators who live in the local communities can be found. I am interested in putting all of my clients into such an arrangement. I see a marriage of unpaid qualified moderators, and a banner rotation within the community for paid advertisements from local vendors and other advertisers. i also think Realtors should be encouraged to blog 'about' their listings here. Your thoughts?

Thanks for the suggestion ;) Actually, this is something we are already working on. One day, most components of RealTown will include the ability to sort by location making geocentric information easier to find.
