Larry, we are having a temporary issue with Internet Explorer and the feed reader. It is working fine in Firefox. Bear with us.

The feed reader issue is resolved. When you login to your MyRealTown, the feed reader on the left should display the RealTown News, Real Estate News, Custom Feeds and Settings. Thanks for your patience.

I am brand new to Realtown and I am trying to update my photo. Everytime I click on Update Photo, it takes me to the log in screen. I have been going around and around for 15 minutes with no luck.

Hi Wendy,
I've heard a few people having this problem, my techs are looking into it. In the meantime, clearing your browsers cache seems to fix the problem. Instructions are below. If you still have trouble after clearing your cache, give our customer service team a call at 1-866-377-0627 and they'll help you troubleshoot.

Firefox 3.5
Go to your Tools menu and choose Clear Recent History...
In the Time Range to Clear drop down menu, choose Everything
Next, click the down arrow next to Details and check the box for Cache. All other boxes are optional, note that they can affect your login info and passwords being saved within the browser.
Click Clear Now
Once the files are done deleting, close your browser, open a new one, and try again.

Firefox 3
Go to your Tools menu and choose Clear Private Data...
Check the box next to Cache then click Clear Private Data Now
Once the files are done deleting, close your browser, open a new one, and try again.

Internet Explorer 8
Go to the Safety menu in the upper right corner and choose Delete Browsing History...
Check the box next to Temporary Internet Files then click Delete.
Once the files are done deleting, close your browser, open a new one, and try again.

Internet Explorer 7
Go to the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
Under Browsing History choose Delete...
Next to Temporary Internet Files click the Delete Files button.
Once the files are done deleting, close your browser, open a new one, and try again.
