RealTown's New Look

To Joe Palatin
I have been a monitoring member for several years, just a listener. Today i had to respond to your viewpoint that all on the HVCC is false. Maybe in your area but not in ours. The ignorance you show in your statements lend me to believe you are one of the out of area appraisers that is getting work. My issue is bad appraisers now get the same amount of work as the good appraisers and most of the bad are out of area. Recent example, appraiser receives order on June 4, 2009 for contract with closing date of 6/18. Appraiser is out of area, and calls me for access on the house on June 24th wanting in on June 26th. The idiot tells me he has been busy and didn't get around to it earlier. You tell me this working! Of 9 recent closing, 3 out of area appraisers asking me to do their work by providing comps. NOT MY JOB. I sell houses they do appraisals.
Hector,
I am new to the Real Town but I logged on today and I saw that I had 2 messages so I checked them and one was from someone wanting to start a romantic relatioship and the other one was from someone in a foreign country wanting to secure some real estate for their family, no doubt these are scams. My question is there anyway you have of reporting these?
If you suspect that a RealTown member is spamming users, please send us a note including the users name (or username) so that we may investiage, and remove the user(s) as necessary. Report them to CustomerService@RealTown.com. Thank you for helping us keep our database spammer-free.
I don't see an RSS icon on my RealTown page. No way to add an RSS feed.
Larry, we are having a temporary issue with Internet Explorer and the feed reader. It is working fine in Firefox. Bear with us.
Thanks please inform me when you have solveds the problem
I think the format of the e-Pro course is great, but having a bit of difficulty navigating in the various forums. Sometimes it seems a bit clumsy. I guess I will get the hang of it, and yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks. Just give me a bit of time to become more proficient.

Thanks for your input, Mary Ann. We are working on a redesign along with a basic tutorial on maximizing the use of the community forums. We welcome any and all suggestions.
