New Default Template
September 28, 2006The default template for new members of RealTown Blogs has been updated to match the sleek new look/feel of RealTown Blogs. My blog is currently using the new default template.
New members will have this template selected by default, while existing members can select this one from the Choose Template page in their Blog Manager.
This new template shows off some of the key features of our customizable templating, including a customizable comment layout and special links like "Email this entry" (try the one below). Click on any one of my entries that have comments to see how the comments are laid out, complete with comment author avatars and details about the comment.

Posted by Hector Virgen September 28, 2006 Glad to hear that you're using the new template, John. The "My Tags" page is a great feature that many RealTown Bloggers aren't aware of yet.To view your own Tags page, just go to username.realtownblogs.com/tags and of course replace username with your RealTown Blogs username.

There's a great community there of other Bloggers from beginners to advanced that are always willing to help out anyone new to the Blogging world. You'll also find that the RealTown Blogs staff is also very active in BlogTalk, so it'll be easy to get support from starting your first entry to modifying your template to discovering new features -- and of course everything in between.
