Deal Analysis Spreadsheet:  This Excel spreadsheet was created internally in order to allow us to crunch the income and expense numbers on an income producing property to generate the information that we need for the initial analysis of a deal.  You will be able to determine the net operating income of a building, building value at a variety of cap rates, and debt service coverage ratios at various loan interest rates.  This has proven to be a fantastic tool for us over the years.
