Dick, I have real problems

I think I have a faulty phone. At the end of the day, it kept going on to start at the beginning and shutting off over and over again. What do you think? How can I prove it and bring it back to the company?

Marlene,

If you have a bad phone or think it's bad just carry it into the store and explain what it's doing and ask them to see if it works better for them!

If you like we can talk on the phone again to see if you and I can trouble shoot your problem.
