deleting messages

The directions state to: open message; scroll to bottom; click on delete message button.

What happens tothose of us whose messages lack the 'delete message' button?

Sometimes, if you right click on a highlighted item, it gives you the option to delete it.

Have you tried to right click on the message to see if you have the option to delete?

I am pretty sure that I have two accounts as well I have one that I think was setup at the time that I setup a point2agent website. Then I have another from when I signed up for ePro. Oops my bad, but it sounds like you might be able to help.
