I am researching the use of a real estate virutal assistant to maintain a drip campaign and internet lead follow-up. Has anyone had experience in this? Or What do I need to know before hiring one? Anyone have a recommendation?

I used a virtual assistant for years and a good one is worth his/her weight in gold. Best advice - ask for references and follow through. Probably the most important things to establish up front (besides pay, skills, and knowledge of the programs you want to use, of course) is whether the person is generally available the same hours that you might want responses from him/her. Some virtual assistants do this type of work because they like to keep a-typical hours. This can be a problem if you need answers sooner than a 12-hour turn-around (i.e., they sleep when you work).

What kind of costs should I expect for the service of servicing my internet leads and by that I mean screening and setting up a drip campaigns? I did google but was overwhelmed by the list.

Iris - Am not sure if you're asking this of me, or the masses. . . I do not know the answers to these very specific questions. I recommend you visit the site of a VA I used to use. . .www.askshane.com. . and ask her. Shane is very, very knowledgeable on these virtual matters. Good luck!
