Jun 19, 2008 10:58:07 AMcan anyone recommend a contact manager software or program? I was looking at Top Producer and Advantage xi. If you know of any other program I can look at as well.

Virginia,
I ordered Act for real estate. It has everything that we needed and was able to network the program. Just a little hard to get to know, and pretty expensive. Old habits are hard to break, about a year after I purchased the program I went back to Microsoft Outlook. It lets me build the data base, link email and records. For the cost I wish I had stayed with Outlook, I have 2003, not 2007. But the Act for real estate was very good just a little hard for some at the office to get used to.
