I don't go out to movies too often, but I believe that this summer I will have to break that habbit.  It looks like there are a lot of good movies on the way:

Iron Man
Speed Racer
Don't mess with the Zohan
The X-Files 2
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Pineapple Express
The Incredible Hulk
The Dark Knight  (sooooooo excited)
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

There are others... but these I am most excited about...

Sooo excited for the Dark Knight as well... gonna go see it at the IMAX in Mira Mesa.

Iron Man looks awesome too... Robert Downey Jr. is in my top 3 favorite actors of all time, so he can do no wrong if you ask me

What about the new M. Night Shymalan movie with Mark Wahlberg? Looks kinda interesting...

Hmm... Shyamalan sorta lost my respect with The Village.  I feel like he is going to be forever trying to make a movie that compares to the hype and fame he got with the 6th Sense, except now everyone expects his movies to twist at the end...  But I do love me some Marky Mark so we'll have to see.

I love Robert Downy Jr. as well, did you see that is going to be in 'Tropic Thunder' as a white actor playing a black man?  He looks totally convincing!

I go to the movies too much!

Plan on taking the kids to see Nims Island sometime this week.

I also rent movies too often. With little kids, I usually have to wait till certain movies come to DVD

I will definetly check out Iron Man, The Hulk, The Dark Knight, Indiana Jones, and Narnia movies. May need to keep a babysitter "on call" for some of these.

Ice Age 3 and I think Madagasscar 2 are also coming out.

Health Ledger looks cool as the Joker !

I think an animated Star Wars movie is also coming out in August, The Clone Wars.

Wow... Robert Downey Jr (does look totally convincing!?!), Ben Stiller, AND Jack Black? I guess I have to check that one out too...

I totally agree about Shyamalan...The Village and Lady In the Water were both pretty much disastrous... but, I did like the Sixth Sense, Signs (I'm a sucker for alien movies), and Unbreakable, so.... I guess I'm just keeping the faith that he will redeem himself.

Went and saw Iron Man yesterday. Robert Downey Jr. did not disappoint... he was fantastic as usual. Special effects were great, but I did find it a bit long and some of the dialogue was cheesy and overdramatic at times. Overall, a great superhero/comic book flick with a nice hook at the end (you have to sit through the credits).

Good to know I was wondering how that movie would be. I can't wait to see on May 22: The New Indiana Jones Movie! I already hear the song in my head :)

On May 30th: Sex & The City

& July 18th The Dark Knight (check out the new trailer it's on the MSN homepage today)

I saw Ironman on Friday, and it was good. I didn't think it was too long -- nothing seemed to really drag at all, especially at parts where most directors would usually get overzealous and drag a scene out with unneccessary dramataic monologues. Nope, none of that in Ironman!
