You have to rule out the major characters: Michael, Dwight, Jim, Pam.
There's a chance that Toby could really be moving to Costa Rica but I think it's going to be Ryan. His drug problem was kind of random but it might set him up to be fired. Can't wait for tomorrow's show.

That actually goes along with another theory of mine...

I am thinking they want to do a spin off... and they can't steal Dwight away from this show...

Sooooo... if Ryan gets fired, there will be a position open at corporate... so I think Andy might move to coporate... and viola... spin off :D

So yeah, I think Ryan is a good candidate for a firing.

That's pretty interesting. I could see a show centered around Andy and you're right the show wouldn't survive without Dwight....and Dwight is such a sycophant that you couldn't have a show with him as the main character.
