I don't know if that was just his way of escaping the situation or what, but seeing him run out like that was hilarious.

You're right- those were the 2 best parts of the show. Overall it was ok, but not nearly up to par with last week's episode.

I don't think Toby is leaving the show. I think he finally reached the boiling point with his affection for Pam(how funny and awkward was his hand on her knee!?!!) and lost it, then was forced to make something up and escape.

The other part I liked was the conference room scene with Ryan and the group... with the "sarcastic clapping" and the Kelly confrontation

I laughed so hard, I cried, when Pam hit that gal in the head.

Another great scene was when Andy asked everyone if he and Angela were a better couple than Jim and Pam and Kevin did the 'sort of' hand wave.

My Fav was Ryan's attempt at being hip with the BS about the website and the web 2.0 hand gesture... then at the club: the multiple trips to the bathroom, the freakish dance moves, and then the last scene with Dwight and Ryan passed out in bed together.

How about Dwight and the New Jersey State Basketball player making out after multiple attempts at hitting on him... pouring out the drink, and then telling the guys that he won't call her again. HA!

Overall, one of the funniest episodes I can remember.

I'd loved how Jim took some initiative and showed some leadership qualities and the end result was everyone was trapped at the office.
