Jean - Eureka is one of the few out of the 28 I have left to interview. We've had a couple appointments that had to be re-shceduled. So while I can't comment from personal observations yet, the feedback I have gotten is that it does add to Outlook's capability, but that it does not compare to full blown RE specfic CRM's. As I always say, it spends upon your needs. It appeals to people because it is very inexpensive, but make sure you identify your needs, and determine whtether or not it meets them. If not, you didn't save money, you cost yourself money, because like these people who have called me, they needed more.
Rael Future is definitely worth taking alook at. They are an affiliate, and you find out more about them on my site by clicking here. I like their ability to automatically notify the client by e-mail, when a task is completed.
Act! software by Sage is a powerful CRM, but so user unfriendly I am considering dropping it and looking for a new one. I know a mortgage rep who swears by it. I find it slow to load, hard to learn, and the reports feature, which does output like lists, envelopes, etc, is simply horrible to work with. it can keep track of To Dos and such, and supposedly you can build multi step marketing campaigns, but the learning curve for features is painful and slow. I would be looking for a system that is compatible with my phone; so the phone could sync contacts and suspense items with the CRM.
More often than not, when someone is using something you find to be bad, and they say it's great, either you have not learned it well enough; or they are not using it very much, and not seeing the flaws; or they are not admitting that they are having problems. In the case of ACT! I can vouch that it's bad, because I have heard it from too many long time users. Apparently it went downhill when Sage bought it. Click here to see some users comments on it.
If you want to stay offline, you may want to look at Mark-It Advantage Xi.

I just want to echo Gary's recommendation of XI. I bought it (from Gary....he's a great resource, and you get a discount buying it through him as well!!!) about 2.5 weeks ago....I'm using it EXCLUSIVELY now (after nearly 10 years with Goldmine) and the more I use it and learn about it, the more I like it!!! It is a very powerful, robust program with A LOT OF USER FLEXIBILITY...which is something I like as well. And though it's a pretty intuitive program, they have over 100 tutorial vidoes to help you learn your way around the program. Each one is only a couple of minutes long and VERY FOCUSED on particular tools or techniques, which makes it very easy for you to get answers to those ever cropping up "how do I do such and such" questions!
