Marketing Strategy Advice

I have been in Real estate now for 4 years but have just relocated from a market that was solely first time home buyer & owner occupant to an are where the market is mostly second homes and rental houses. I'm looking for anyone with strategies that they have found work in this different environment. I have been here now for 2.5 months and so far I have one listing, no buyers, and lots of costs.
