Online Transaction Management

<p> Online real estate transaction management technology is readily available which allows buyers, sellers, attorneys and other professionals the ability to actively participate in the real estate transaction whenever they want, in real time, and at any computer with Internet access.<br /> It does work. <a href="http://www.realtown.com/articles/view/staying-connected-with-buyers-and-sellers-after-the-contract-is-signed">Take a moment to read a little more.</a> <br /> <br /> As with all technology, and doing things different than they have always been done, there are many questions. <p> I have spent the past few days speaking with two dominant Online Transaction Management Companies, and I am pleased to announce that they have agreed to provide this discussion group with the opportunity to have a live account to create sample real transactions online in order to have a hands on experience in understanding the benefits of online transaction management and processing listing and sales transactions online. </p> <p> Experiencing this live will be much better than reading information on a Website or viewing sales brochures and pdf documents. </p> <p> I also hope to be able to obtain a few other companies willing to provide us with the same opportunity. I am still making phone calls, returning voice mail messages and following up with email. </p> <p> In order to get this started, I am now working on creating user names and logs ons to accomodate the discussion group, creating a few listing and sale transations to get started with and hopefully having enough time to create some action plans and activities involved in marketing a listing and processing a sale trnasaction to get us started. </p> <p> I hope to be ready with two online transaction platforms to get us started within the next few days. <p> I am about to buy Agent Office. I had Top Producer at an assistants request, but she&#39;s now gone. I like Desk Top versions of things. I know the downsides, but I access everything through <a href="http://www.gotomypc.com">www.gotomypc.com</a>. I feel too restrained having to pay a monthly fee to keep my data up and alive. And, yes, I know I can download it if I choose to move on, but who needs the hassel. </p> <p> Comments about AO are invited. </p>
