How do we as Realtor, help the Asset Mgr understand our Market and move the process faster? I have 1 property in Stkn CA that has been Empty since 1-23-09 with a buyer ready to move it and the bank as of 9-20-09 still has NOT pulled the trigger to move forward. With so many buyers and properties ready to be sold, yet nothing is Moving? Why? As Realtors what can we do to change this? There is something wrong with this system
