Learn About Self-Directed IRAS
Created by THE NC LAND MAN ,E-PRO,GRI,CRS on Nov 12, 2009

Today, few people with IRAs , 401ks or other similar retirement vehicles are happy .Few even know that these accounts can be rolled into an investment vehicle known as a "Self-Directed Ira and the funds can be used to buy real estate. Most find managers, accountants, trust officers or financial planners do not offer this alternative to clients as they will lose annual fees and income. In addition they have never done it either.
With the uncertainty and volatility in our economy most people are basically confused.
Most people would love to own 20-50 acres of land but have no idea how to get it.Banks generally will not loan money today so the optiion of converting all or a part of an IRA or 401k to land for a 10-15 year hold should be appealing especially to the 35-55 year old age group.
We can give advice on the best way to do it and now is the time !!!
