SI Real Estate | Global Real Estate in Every Way. Central Florida. Paradise (Tampa, FL). In contrast to negative market reporting, we are busy. Global buyers, vacationers still love the sunshine state. While factors change, this highly desirable climate and geography does not. Interestingly, recent transactions stem from international real estate buyers, Canadian Investors, Second Home Real Estate Owners, European and Russian Investors, South Americans.
