The Rainbow Springs Property Owners Association is charged with the responsibility of managing the property and recreational property owned in common by all owners of property both vacant lots and homes owners by residents and non-residents. It also conducts several recreational gatherings during the year to promote common bonding. It consists of a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the property owners. As of late, the Board has come under scrutiny and criticism by some of the membership.
