what is happening with BOA seconds wanting 5% net sales

hi I am currently working on a short sale that has a BOA second. Initially when we started they wanted 10% of balance est. 10K, i was able to get the buyers to come up with that. after March 16,09 BOA is saying now they want 5% net sales proceeds. What!!! after all these months (6) I might end up wasting everyones time. Has anyone dealt with this since they are all sayings its a condition of BOA across the board for seconds prior to release of thier lien?
glad to hear from you guys.
I have a loyal buyers agent due to my weekly updates him and his buyers stuck with this sale and now is very disappointed.
