Green Valley Arizona is a community in southern Arizona about 17 miles south of Tucson. The elevation is about 2,900 feet about 2,000 feet higher than Phoenix and about 800 feet higher than Tucson. Because of our altitude we are 8 to 12 degrees cooler. Our community is age restricted. One resident must be 55 or older and no one under the age of 18 can be a permanent resident.
