Group for vacation rental property managers.

In my experience as a real estate agent I have come across rude and obnoxoius agents. In once case I called and asked about the availbility of a listing and the motivation of the seller. Not only did that person tell me it was none of my business about the motivation of the seller, they told me the listing was available when in reality there was an accepted offer on the property and I went through the process of telling my clients the property was available and went through the motions of writing the offer and taking my clients time and hopes of purchasing the home, only to the disappointment of presenting the offer and having it rejected because of the accepted original offer. this was definately an ethics issue.
