Isleworth Country Club When a deep freeze decimated Florida's citrus crop in 1886, Sydney Chase and his brother, Joshua, went searching for surviving groves to supplement the scarce supply at their Sanford operation. Soon after, they stumbled upon a section of promising property in Southwest Orlando, where some 1,300 robust orange and lemon trees were thriving on an island between Lake Tibet Butler and what is now Lake Isleworth. The sight of such bounty caused Sydney Chase's father-in-law to remark, "Well you certainly have an island of worth here. Why not call it Isleworth?" The name stuck. And so has the worth. But this one-time citrus grove - now called Isleworth Country Club - has since taken on additional meaning: island of distinction. How else can one describe an enclave community of estate homes that feature many well-known athletes, including Tiger Woods, Mark O'Meara, Shaquille O'Neal, Grant Hill, and Ken Griffey, Jr., and numerous business leaders such as International Management Group co-CEO Alastair Johnston, to the family of elite agent Mark McCormack, who founded and ran IMG until his passing last year. The golf course, originally designed by Arnold Palmer, has been recently updated by Steve Smyers and has been named the toughest, and longest, course in Florida by the Florida State Golf Association.

Hunter's Creek Hunter's Creek Golf Club opened in February 1986 as the recreational centerpiece to an expansive planned community encompassing six square miles and 4,000 acres. While the Semi – Private Club serves approximately 18,000 families that surround it, the course also provides both a convenient (15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom and the Convention Center)and pleasant refuge to the golfer who wants to flex his or her muscles on Florida terrain. Rated by Golf Digest Top 75 courses to play.
When this course was crafted from flat, cattle-grazing land, golf architect Lloyd Clifton decided to add diversity with plenty of water. Thus, 13 lakes were created and water comes into play on 13 holes.

Harmony
Harmony is the new conservation community so fabulous that it just took 1st Place at the 2004 Parade of Homes. The award, given to the best community with 5,000 or more homesites, was presented by The Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando, and is further confirmation that our dream of creating a unique hometown has come to pass. Featuring superb homes set amid 11,000 acres of pristine and protected wilderness, with two 500-acre lakes, Harmony had already won two prestigious awards, and remarkably, they came prior to the community's official Grand Opening.
We were the proud recipients of the 18th Residential Environmental Award from the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR). The award - popularly known as the ENVY - recognizes the developer who makes the most significant contributions toward building within Florida's sensitive environment. The judges looked at Harmony's preservation of its native flora and fauna, blending of the community with its natural setting, development of trails, parks and playgrounds, family recreation and safety, and much more.
Harmony also garnered a Merit Award from the 2003 Parade of Homes, an award received even before model homes or most of the community infrastructure was finished. But, when you see Harmony, you'll know why it won. It's a place where charming new homes and neighborhoods blend seamlessly with the best of old Florida. Where children can walk to school and you can walk to a Johnny Miller signature golf course. Where an old-fashioned town square is just steps away and where nature is your next door neighbor.
Former U.S. Open Champion Johnny Miller has designed a course that wraps around the existing wetlands, preserving Harmony's original treasure – 11,000 acres of broad meadows, towering stands of southern pines and two shimmering 500-acre natural lakes. No homes will be built fronting the golf course.
