BellaTrae is the newest community by Del Webb that will be featured in Champions Gate Florida. This all ages community is located only minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
The private community center will feature a heated swimming pool, fitness center, aerobics room, and additional multi purpose rooms. The Lifestyle Director has plans to offer an activities program with social clubs, planned excursions, fitness activities, and more.
ChampionsGate offers two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses that are ready for tournament play. The National and International courses are available for play 7 days a week. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy is available for private lessons to sharpen your golf game in just a few days.
ChampionsGate is also home to the 4-diamond Omni Orlando Resort featuring 730 elegant guest rooms and suites with all the luxuries one could imagine. As a guest, you can relax at the tranquil spa, lounge by the 850-foot lazy river, or dine at one of the many restaurants. Service, style, and 70,000 square feet of flexible space are prepared to suit any event.
Three areas are currently under development. Promenade is a 2-story stacked flat home ranging from 1,438 sq. ft. to 1,857 sq. ft. Ventura is a condominium style building. Each building offers 10 homes per floor with 4-floors. With the Ventura product you have the option of choosing from 5 different floor plan layouts ranging from 1,112 sq. ft. to 1,447 sq. ft. Mandalay is a townhome style condominium that offers the convenience of a first floor entry with a 2 floor layout for each model as well as 2-car garage with the homes ranging from 2,010 sq. ft. to 2,368 sq. ft.
