During the season the Mayfaire Towne Center hosts free outdoor music concerts every weekend for the whole family, and there always seems to be a Festival or celebration of some kind going on! 

The terrific climate, with its gentle change of seasons, and bright and sunny winter days attracts visotrs and relocatees from around the globe! There are housing styles and prices to fit any budget. Taxes are low and there is a tremendous community spirit here with just about the friendliest folks you will find anywhere!
