My profile mentions that I like pets, and I really do.  I mean dogs are great!  They're loyal, smart, and great companions. And cats? Yea, they're okay too.  I know it's not really a guy thing to admit it, but I like them.  Birds, fish, or tropical "visitors" in the back yard?  I love them all! 

If you are a pet owner and considering buying real estate here in South Florida, please keep in mind that you may have a little more difficult time finding the most affordable housing here.  This is because the most affordable homes are usually condos, villas, and townhouses.  These types of property are usually subject to rules and regulations, and in many communities, these rules and regulations prohibit pets or restrict their size or weight.  When you're looking for a home-- if a a condo, villa, or townhouse is on your list, be sure to mention your pets to your REALTORŪ so he can find the right pet-friendly community for you. 

I should know!  We have (well my wife really has) two cats.  I want a dog, but I have to wait until I have more time to take proper care of him.
