Both landlords and people looking for a rental can benefit from a new THDA (Tennessee Housing Development Agency) website feature which lists submitted available rentals for Dyersburg, as well as any area in Tennessee. Renters can find complete availability, rental price, and contact information, and landlords can easily have their units, rental rates, and information added, updated, or deleted online at their convenience. Best of all, the resource is FREE to both renters and landlords.

Gosh Frank, If I had only known about this when I was looking for a rental for my daughter-in-law 2 months ago, I could have saved a lot of gasoline, lunch hours and vacation hours hunting!
