Emilio Cardenal Sr. started his Real Estate Business in Miami in 1979, specialized in Property Management, Emilio Jr. expanded the sales department for his father’s Company and renamed it as Interinvestment Realty, Inc. in 1992. Interinvestments Realty has promoted the sales for many of Florida’s largest Developers, assisting them in the marketing of their properties. Currently Interinvestments Realty is represented by over 300 Realtor-Associates, and just in the last 5 years has sold over 1 billion dollars in residential properties.
