Tip from a builder

I asked for ideas for getting sluggish listings back on the radar and got this: A colleague who had worked for a builder said they had success with offering to pay the first 3 months' mortgage payments with an acceptable offer. My seller is fully on board with this and I have begun an advertising campaign to get the word out. Hope there's some interest!
