Since Nov Manasquan has 31 under contract and 48 closed sales. The shore towns are still strong. I recently tried to search for homes on the internet just to see what my clients are getting; WOW!

With all that information out there it confirms the need for local realtors! Looking on the internet is great but it reminds me of the old MLS books, it is over whelming! Where do our clients start? I think the best way to find a home is to pick a neighborhood or area then get a local realtor.
