Great Time to Buy at the Jersey Shore!

Now is a great time to buy a new or not so new home at the Jersey Shore. The prices are right for first time buyer or if you are looking to move up to a larger home. So if you are looking for your first home, move up, relocate or buy a vacation home now is the time.

A word of caution when dealing with FSBO. Some FSBO are flipping the property, buying and improving the home then selling. If the FSBO has done any updates on the home make sure that all permits have been properly filed by the homeowner with the town then inspected and approved by the appropriate town inspectors. If not this can hold up a sale or in some cases my cause the buyer to complete the process which if the buyer is not prepared for the additional cost could turn their dream of owning a home into a nightmare. It is so important to have a real estate agent and a lawyer when you are thinking about buying a home.
