Mar. 12, 2008
Ok, today's blog entry is a cheap shot, and you've heard it before, but if there's one constant in this business, it's that you can lead a REALTOR to water but you cannot make him think... or was that a horse and water? Oh, who knows... but one thing's fo

Technology: Sales or Marketing?

Feb. 16, 2008
A recurring theme I'm hearing lately from some clients is that they are in need of a "system" that they can use to "automatically" prospect their new and past clients. Ever heard of YouTube?

Feb. 15, 2008
OK, let's see: Maybe, just maybe, even if you didn't own a Blackberry, only checked your email once a week and still read a newspaper (shriek!) you still might have heard of YouTube... maybe just because Google paid some 7 BILLION dollars for it...

Play to Win

Feb. 13, 2008
Seems like all we hear nowadays is how the real estate industry is down in the dumps, in a slowdown, having a bad year, blah, blah, blah. Truth is: sales are being made. Maybe not the rocket-pace of '04-05 but people are still moving; newbies are buying their first homes as usual - maybe a little more choosey but still buying - and PLENTY of babyboomers are turning 60 every day (at least 6000 of them daily). So the downsizing business is still strong - considering the majority of sellers last year had NO children under 18 at home. Ok, you get the idea...
