El Dorado Hills, CA - Built in 2000, this former Serrano model intrigued me from the moment I walked in the gates of the front courtyard which is actually outside the nook windows you can see on the left in the picture of the kitchen. As you enter the house your eye is drawn through the living/dining room to the beautiful, sparking pool and statuesque arbor in the the back yard.
