Spring Meadow Road, Cameron Park, CA - This beautiful country estate sold back in July 2006 for just under $3 Million and today, sadly, it has gone back to the bank but the potential for it are huge.  The home, built in 1991, is in the gated neighborhood of Cameron Estates where it sits on approximately 5 oak studded acres with its own private gate.
