Highland View, El Dorado Hills, CA - Once covered with rolling grassland now sits the wonderful neighborhood of Highland View. This semi-custom neighborhood saw it's first homes built in 1999 and it's last in late 2004. There are a total of 246 home sites here on large (minimum .5 acre) lots. Home sizes range from approximately 2900 square feet on the single stories to 4242 on the 2 stories.

I am a bit partial to this neighborhood as it is where my husband and myself chose to make our home. We lived in the next neighborhood over and watched it develop from the beginning. One of the things that attracted us was the amazing views of Folsom Lake and the Sacramento Valley! Now that we live here there are many other reasons we count our blessings. We have no Mello Roos. Our HOA dues are only $35 per month. We have a beautiful park. Our local schools are highly rated.
