Meder Court, Shingle Springs, CA - Two years ago or so, while on Realtor tour, I visited a home on this street. Though I couldn't tell you what the inside of that house looked like, the street stuck in my mind as it was so beautiful meandering through a little pocket of homes, sitting among majestic oaks on acre + lots. When this week's list of homes on tour came out, I remembered that beautiful street and made this home first on my list to see. The house itself is very spacious with 3709 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a game room, but was built in 1991 and could use updating. However, the lot (just over 1 acre), is stunning and the potential for this home is huge. It is listed at $~~799,000~~ $675,000.
