Aldea Drive, El Dorado Hills, CA - I saw this house on tour a couple weeks ago and have been anxious to find the time to tell you about this "best find" because it is truly magnificent! There in the nook area you'll also find a fireplace (one of my favorite features but seldom found in a kitchen). The family room is over-sized with a box-beam ceiling, a stone cast fireplace, and hand scraped hickory plank floors. The home has several other fireplaces including one in the master bedroom, one in the upstairs family room, one in the down stairs family room, and one in the interior courtyard. In addition to the master, there are 3 other bedrooms and a total of 5 bathrooms. This incredible house is currently listed at $1,299,000.
