I am interested in this area/home with casita, however in consideration of the current market, not interested in this home due to price. Are there similar homes with more reasonable pricing?

Hi Terri,

This house actually sold in December right around the mid $700's which was a great price for it. It originally sold for $1,350,000 in 2007. Needless to say, prices are down significantly in our area. This home had it all though and there are currently no other homes for sale in that neighborhood. We have homes for sale in El Dorado Hills (within 5 miles of this neighborhood) that have casitas but they are on much smaller lots and are part of the Serrano neighborhoods. We have other homes this large with pools but no casitas. Would love to give you more info if you can give me an idea of what is most important to you.
