These are homes for our foothill area in the MLS (multiple listing service) that have the lowest price per square foot. I've excluded those in a distress situation (short sales) and those needing alot of updating or repair. Please keep in mind that these are not necessarily the lowest priced houses for these areas. The reason for this is that generally as a home's square footage goes up, the price per square foot comes down.

Welcome to my weblog! The Hills I refer to here are the foothills east of the Sacramento Valley. My inspiration for this blog came as a result of my Real Estate profession where touring homes and knowing the inventory are some of the best parts of my job.
