Chasen Drive, Cameron Park, CA - The lowest price per square foot house is actually my Best Deal for Cameron Park Vicinity from June 08 which is still available and now at $112.97 per square foot and listed for $459,000. This bank owned home on Chasen Drive is the second lowest at $136.35 per square foot; listed at $588,900. It was built in 2004 on approximately .36 acres in the prestigious and family oriented neighborhood of Eastwood Park. It has just over 4300 square feet that includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a bonus room with a wet bar. The kitchen has granite counters and a pantry. The master is situated on the main floor. To give you perspective on price, our Lyon Real Estate Trendgraphix market statistics for the month of October show there were 28 sales for the month with 8 of them being bank owned. The average price per square foot of those 8 sales was $175 (up from $143 in September) and the average list to sale price was 96%.
