It was custom built in 1990 in the American River Canyon neighborhood on just under .3 acres. It is not bank owned (REO) but is "below REO pricing" at $139.48 per square foot. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room, and a pool.

For perspective on this price, our Lyon Trendgraphix statistics for last month show that there of the 26 bank owned homes for sale, 10 sold for an average square foot price of $171. Looking at non-bank owned homes, there were 197 for sale with 33 sales with an average square foot price of $204.
